Ever since they were bought out by the new medical group, it has gone down hill. No/delayed responses, can’t ever get anyone on the phone. Used to be a nice family feel Doctor’s office, but no longer. Dr Seo is outstanding, but their operations are terrible. If he goes somewhere else, I will consider switching back, but in the interim we are switching doctors as we speak
New to the area. Just stopped in to see about a physical for myself and spouse. I am also needing follow up care concerning a severe illness that I was seen at urgent care twice for last week at a different, urgent care clinic. The Family Health Care Associates “employee“ wasn’t at the front desk when I first arrived. There was not one person to be seen anywhere, including in the waiting room, just a couple leaving the clinic.. I had a great experience with Dr. Aka at Family HealthCare Associates. Dr. Aka listens carefully, conducts thorough checks, and explains everything very well. The waiting time was less than 10 minutes, and the supporting staff are experienced and excellent. Thank you, Doc!
