Pretty hard to WANT to see the doctor when the front office staff, or whoever answers the phone decides to PICK UP! On PERMA-HOLD for a LONG time (12 minutes after I started counting), totally unprofessional since the woman I spoke to says she is in the 'medical billing area' and she says there are only 2 people who answer 23 phone lines....REALLY?! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They may seem caring, but they made a mistake on my chart and when I tried to get them to correct it they were condescending and insisted that it was not possible that they could have made a mistake. One person in the office said she couldn't be sure because she couldn't read his handwriting, but then Donna called me back and absolutely refused to to even discuss it . I know that what he charted was not accurate, but they were so rude. I will NEVER go back there again.
