Used to love, but not as much anymore. I have been struggling to get an Rx filled, but they keep messing up. Now I’m out of the medicine and am still awaiting information.
Unfortunately my review will echo many of the others here. This office has gone way downhill. Lots of turnover with the physicians and then most recently encountered billing errors, sending additional charges after an annual physical which should have been covered under my insurance. Spoke with the office manager to help make it right, but she did not care and claimed my annual physical was coded under something else and I needed to pay. I was a patient at this office for 30 years but will not be returning again.
The admin, reception and staff leaves a lot to be desired. Either they are not sure what they are doing or just don’t want to help. I have made several calls regarding my blood work and keep getting directed to voicemails without getting any reply back. The patient portal doesn’t work so you don’t know anything about your blood work results for which you have already paid nor does any nurse bother to call you back telling you anything. Left there today feeling like afterthought cattle. God I miss Dr. KELLUM! I have never felt like was bothering the doctor like I did today . I only go every 6 month for blood work usually. Wow where did the caring go? I've been a patient for over 30 years. Time to find another doctor
After many years of being under the care of an excellent physician at FHCA, the overall experience with their staff has made it nearly impossible to want to return. The front office makes it incredibly difficult to schedule with your chosen provider, which is frustrating when you've built trust with a specific doctor.
