Been a patient here for well over a decade and finally realized in my adult years what a terrible office this is. Completely inefficient staff who have little to no empathy whatsoever. You will waste more time trying to see the doctor than you will speaking to one. I was encouraged to bring my infant in for her checkups since they claim to be a family practice but please be warned - this is NOT a place for children. Not sure why all of the negative reviews, but I have not experienced any bad things with Dr.Burchard. In fact, his nurses and staff have been extremely accommodating and nice for my duration. I came to him around 2018-2019 and follow up multiple times a year. Am I perfect? No. Do I get told that I need to lose weight and diet and exercise? Why yes. Every visit. We contacted this office in January to schedule a TB test for our daughter in March, but the experience was marked by poor communication and long delays. The patient portal didn’t work, there was no valid email for contact, and calls were limited to business hours with no voicemail option. We finally heard back in late September—six months later. This caused significant inconvenience for our daughter’s school requirements. We hope they improve communication, but we will not be returning and do not recommend this practice.
Used to love, but not as much anymore. I have been struggling to get an Rx filled, but they keep messing up. Now I’m out of the medicine and am still awaiting information.
Unfortunately my review will echo many of the others here. This office has gone way downhill. Lots of turnover with the physicians and then most recently encountered billing errors, sending additional charges after an annual physical which should have been covered under my insurance. Spoke with the office manager to help make it right, but she did not care and claimed my annual physical was coded under something else and I needed to pay. I was a patient at this office for 30 years but will not be returning again.
