I have seen both Rachel & Bridget. Both providers are very prompt and thorough! I have been very happy with my care and all office staff have been very nice.
I've seen Rachel for years,my mom,husband and kid see her as well. We love her,she's attentive, follow up is great and Rachel always makes sure to refer us to the appropriate specialist for any issues. Bridgette is who we see when Rachel isn't in and she's very nice with a caring personality. Super great staff as well who treat you like family. Highly recommend family health!
I walked in to their office and asked if they were accepting new patients. The receptionist gave me a stack of paperwork to fill out. She said that the forms would be reviewed, and I would be contacted with an appointment. This was weeks ago, so far there's been no response at all. They didn't have the common courtesy to simply let me know that they didn't want to accept me as a new patient.
