Tried to contact the office several times to make an appointment for a Well Care visit and was hung up on 5 times. When I pointed that out, I was told that I am rude.
I have been going to FHC for the last 15 years. The practice has lately been going down in quality of service. The staff shows very little empathy to patients. There are very few doctors and most appointments are handled by junior staff (PAs and nurses) who may be overworked.
