We were so happy when Dr. Mitchell took over the practice. She really listens; then takes action for tests, prescriptions and referrals, and follows up. I trust her completely. I agree with other reviewers about the lack of courtesy shown by (one of) the admin staff. It's unacceptable behaviour to bully patients; especially the elderly. I've had to "bark back" at her more than once. I'd like to see better and more reliable communication between the doctor's office and my pharmacy, regarding prescriptions. Twice in a month, I called and could not get a doctor or a nurse practionner. Because they send patients to triage and apparently I am not allowed to see my doctor, not eligible. This time because they do not have équipement to treat me. Very very disappointed. This left me roaming around to find a clinic.
Wow since Dr mitchell took over I could not be happier to be a patient of her practice . She respects my time , rarely have i waited more than 5-10min. Dr Mitchell always calls me to let me know my results and follow up to see how I am doing a few weeks later. She is always smiling and have a kind word even when I was waiting for my spouse in the lobby she came out to update me ..
