Awful customer service with the office staff at this location. Office never picks up their phone. Rude when you call and instantly put you on hold. It took me 30 minutes to get a hold of someone to schedule my son's sick visit only to be put on hold for 5 more minutes. Over that.
About the 18th or 19th of January, I noticed I was running low on my blood pressure meds.. I called my pharmacy to request a refill. They told me it was denied. I contacted Family Health Source (DeLand location) via voicemail, and after them getting back to me at the end of the day two days later (Thursday the 24th; the day I ran out of the medication), I was told that the doctor submitted a 90-day refill a month prior. I would never go back here if this was the last choice I had to pick from. Dr Sanchez was amazing the 1 time I seen her. The nurses are great but Dr "A" and some other staff members are a joke! Dr A said my son had a upper respiratory infection. Without checking him out with looking him over or listening to his chest, sent us home saying it will clear up on its h own. The cough got worse. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL, AND THE WAIT AT THE OFFICE IS TOO LONG, OTHER THAN THAT IT'S OK......
My first appointment with Dr Rawjii I ended up waiting in the over crowded waiting room for 4 hours. Once finally getting to the back I waited another 45 minutes. Then once Dr came in I was quickly given a pap smear confirmed I was pregnant then told they cant see me. They wanted to refer me to Orlando. Then my following that appointment I had another. TOOK PARTIAL IN TO BE REPAIRED A MONTH LATER NOBODY HAD YET TO CALL, SO I CALLED THEM. THEY THEN INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE IT , WHY THEY DID NOT CALL ME I HAVE NO IDEA.
