Dr. Bob is excellent, but the business completely lost all customer service and respect for patients ever since his practice combined with a separate one. Most of the nurses are incredibly mean!! The billing department is completely messed up and they're constantly overcharging me, than I have to wait for months to get a check in the mail. Brooke from the billing department is a complete B****! Shes the rudest, most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with and never knows what she's talking about.
