staff is often extremely rude, Truthfully, I never had a good experience there with the staff even over the phone. Tried calling numerous times to reschedule an appointment and was left on hold for 30+ minutes each time. Obviously I gave up. Came to therapy after being diagnosed with PTSD and they gave me a children’s therapist. My therapist was extremely kind, no fault of her own, but that’s clearly not what I needed.
All staff members at Family Health Services Behavioral Health Clinic are always kind, patient, and very professional. They make it comfortable to seek services and are always willing to answer any questions.
