Places is terrible go in and the dentist is stabbing around in my kids mouth and because my kid flinches because it hurts they won’t work with us stating my child can’t sit still when he’s in pain. I told him that he was in pain and they completely ignored that and literally pushed so hard on a tooth with a cavity.
I scheduled a full dental exam at this office and made it clear that I expected a full exam. When I arrived, I was not scheduled for a full exam and did not receive a comprehensive dental exam during the visit. I was still charged a $50 exam fee. After contacting the office, I was told the dentist would not issue a refund because some services were provided during the appointment, and I was offered a reschedule instead.
