Sat at window while they kept looking to see if i left lazy and rude
I have been going to Family Medical now for 5 years. The entire staff is always super friendly and helpful. I rated this facility a 2 because of the wait time in the examining room. Twice now I have walked out after sitting in the examing room for an hour +. When I let the nurse know I was leaving, she said you are next. Someone should let you know how long to expect to wait. My time is important to.
I give 3 stars cause I like my doctor is great how ever my wife's had us sitting for an hour we left reschedule for 8:30 in the morning sat for 40 mins again we left she called to get switched to my doctor now it won't be till end of May do not go see Hayden he can't even be on time 15 to 20 is acceptable not an hour or 40 mi s even
