Annabell, Netta, and Morgan made the whole experience liveable for my sweet grandmother. The food was pretty terrible, the therapies were very inconsistent at best. I did feel safe with my loved one here because of the few amazing staff members. I am thankful she made it home where she can get the help she needs immediately not waiting for help to the restroom that never comes. Thank you to the Lulu house staff that were great.
Physical therapy was a JOKE they didn’t want to work with me once i stood up and my blood pressure dropped could done therapy sitting down nope fell twice while there picked me up and put in bed they also said I was diabetic kept giving me insulin shots when I was discharged nothing in my records say I was won’t go back nursing was okay
Family Health and Rehab gave me a path to recovery from a serious fall and traumatic brain injury. Individualization, collaboration, attention to details, respectful communication, enthusiasm, and yes, fun . PT, OT, nurses, aides, social workers, doctors live out the mission statement: Improve Lives and Exceed Expectations. I am grateful!
Family health and rehab would not let us have our personal 2 blankets back when leaving their facility. Is that tantamount to thievery?
