Nurse Kyra P is amazing, very compassionate caring staff specially the cnas, clean and organized facility . CNA Kayisa is very helpful she works at lulu house .
This place provided extremely poor and unacceptable care. My grandmother’s bag was not changed as it should have been, and when we noticed her afterward, there was severe redness and irritation around the area where it is placed. What followed has been absolutely devastating—she is now in the hospital in serious condition, and we are beyond concerned about the level of neglect that took place here. What started as an amazing experience has turned into a huge letdown. In all fairness, my mom is safe and protected by certain staff members, but ever since Bremer House started losing their good employees and started adding agency staff, care, cleanliness and nutrition have went down the tubes for the residents. They can't even keep any staff that are value added. I am sorry to report this is a terrible place! There were several incidents while my husband was there recently. Someone came in early morning without turning on the light and gave him an injection without explanation ( which he found out later that morning it was blood thinner), he was not supposed to have it because he received a dose during dialysis. Another incident, someone changed the bandages on his dialysis port. They are never to touch a dialysis port! There was never enough staff and administration was always in a ... read more
Family Health and Rehab is such a warm and welcoming place! Their social worker, Dora “Lili,” is just the sweetest she truly cares about every resident and always goes above and beyond to help families feel supported. The team does an amazing job keeping everyone engaged with fun activities and a positive atmosphere. You can really feel the love and energy here! Highly recommend!
