Very thorough my daughter loves her.
Even when time is of the essence, NP Keli moves at a slow pace. Additionally, her method of booking an appointment is inadequate, as if you are a patient with multiple names, it creates separate profiles, rather than using advanced technology to merge. She forgets whether her patients have seen her before because she claims to see many people daily. She arrives to her own office at the same time or later than a patient’s appointment, which is inappropriate. Lastly, the office doesn’t have Apple Pay in 2026.
Great experience overall. Friendly staff, minimal wait time, and a very attentive and knowledgeable. I felt heard and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
