Do not schedule an appt with Dr Whitmer. I waited 45 minutes to be informed HE WASN'T IN THE OFFICE. Also was double booked. Total lack of consideration for his patients
Stay away from Rachael. If you are >40 years of age, she automatically treats you like a senior citizen. She makes assumptions based on age, and I resent that. I am an individual. In fact, I am >50 and healthier than most people half my age. I happen to eat healthy and exercise regularly, so how dare she make assumptions about me??
Do not go to Rachael. She hurt me during a routine examination. Never hurt that bad before. Felt like she turned my body inside out. She said maybe I wasn't relaxed yet....well why would you do the procedure anyway? Wouldn't you assist the patient to relax? Ordered blood drawn and forgot to add one of my labs. She misinterpreted the lab results that she got back. She forgot to call in a prescription. And as I was leaving, I heard a lady screaming and crying in the next room. I looked and who walked out?
