I will be the first to say that my experience with FHN has been overall pretty terrible throughout the years. This review is not for them as a whole. This 5 star review is specifically for Theresa Brown, care coordinator. She is fantastic. We needed to find counseling for children recently placed in our care- she understood and actually listened to my needs and concerns. We worked together and she went above and beyond. So nice to go to a doctors office and not feel rushed, pushed off or belittled. These doctors really care and everyone in the office is so kind. I really wish more offices out there were like them!
This office should not still be open. I use the word "open" loosely as they usually have maybe one provider working. This has been going on for years! If your child is a patient here plan on going to urgent care for everything. So incredibly sad what a poorly run dysfunctional disaster this place became after Dr. Zarzrcki left. Doctors do not want to invest their time here. There's a big new building that's in construction on West Rd. to sit empty. Such a waste.
Doctors leave frequently so hard to have a consistent provider. But for my 3 healthy low-maintenance kids it is a good option for physicals, paperwork etc. they are accommodating about appointments and the providers are friendly and helpful.
Had a nexplanon implant put in June of 2023 I've been physically exhausted and notice that the doctor put the implant to low I noticed swelling after a year of having it and it's hurting nonstop where I physically puke my guts out been having issues physically and mentally and the meds I take will not agree with me this practice is bs I've been so sick yesterday I was pale had no color to nor can't eat losing my appetite due to the implant
