hassle to call customer service
All of the one star reviews are absolutely right. There is nowhere to get dental. Every doctor's office I went to stopped doing business with them which made it very difficult to take care of a chronic illness. If you call them they cannot give you any info about where to go like an urgent care. They are by far the worst insurance I've had. If you see this before choosing your plan, do not choose this one.
It's absolutely ridiculous finding a primary care doctor or specialist!
