This place is absolutely horrible and I’m getting fed up. I’m about to switch offices. I’m a 20 year old female with no health issues. I go every 3 months to get a birth control shot and I get my yearly physicals and boosters and that’s it. These people never answer their phones. I’m always on hold for at least 15 minutes, sometimes as long as 45 minutes and I find it funny because whenever I come in, they’re always just sitting at the counter tapping away at the computers or yapping it up with coworkers.
