I have worked as a call center manager for over 5 years and I am astounded that the receptionist at this company is still employed. Receptionist positions are among the easiest in our field and never have to assist callers directly. I complained months ago about her. Called again yesterday same receptionist answered my call and refused to answer half of my 2 part question and transferred. Dr. Herbert McCowen & Nurse Assistant, Vikkie are the best. They always put the patient first and are very knowledgeable and understanding. They also take all the time needed to answer any and all questions or even just a talk in general. They know the patient and not just treat the patient. He was may father's doctor for 20 some years and always had my dad's respect and best interests at heart until his passing. That's about the best rating anyone could give.
