To the receptionist, I spoke with you this morning to confirm my appointment, and I was very disappointed by how the conversation was handled. You hung up while I was still speaking, which came across as extremely rude and unprofessional. I also noticed that when I asked how you were doing, my question was ignored entirely. Basic courtesy and respectful communication matter, especially when dealing with patients/customers.
🧐 Wow I got through and was successfully able to make an appointment with my doctor. The reception was friendly too. I am pleasantly surprised. This is awesome! Keep it up!
