Came in for a cracked tooth. Dentist kept asking me which tooth it was and repeatedly told her it was the last, or second to last tooth in the back of my mouth. The dentist proceeded to just take her tools and knock aggressively on my teeth and asked which one hurt the worst? I winced in pain and turned to the side immediately to get her hand out of my mouth. THIS PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS REMOVED —I was waiting in line to schedule my new appointment and the receptionist told me if i could call to schedule because of how busy it was. But then she calls over the person behind me to ask them if they need to check in . The person behind me was a white woman . I could feel the discrimination because of me being a person of color. — I would not recommend this place to anyone who is nonwhite because the white receptionists DO discriminate ,specifically the older white lady with glasses
I would not recommend this place. Not friendly and don't care. Have to wait months to get in just to hear that they won't do the work needed
Wow. I'm so impressed by this clinic. You can really tell they care a lot their patients from the phone call, the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor. Nurse Jenny (?) was really upbeat and nice. Dr. Thao especially is amazing at being empathetic and offering culturally sensitive care. He goes the extra mile to take care of his patients: probing for deeper understanding of a patient's health conditions, advocating for further tests when necessary, but also being conservative regarding "over medication" so that you're gettin... read more
