The nurse practitioner was good but getting any help from the staff did not happen. I requested paperwork done for permit but they needed records from my cardiologist. The cardiologist's nurse faxed them. But the clinic said they didn't receive the records- next time they did have the record and she would make sure the NP saw them. The last time the assistant/nurse called me and stated they don't have records and just go to the cardiologist to get paperwork done.
