Ms. Erica, she amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Mel in the lab's was super gentle while drawing my blood. Everyone I encountered on my visit June 9th was very nice.

The receptionists are too rude, they make patients wait long, I saw a patient who wanted to pay and they told her that they had no change, they denied her service, they told her that she had to go and change the stores that were next door, they need to train their employees better.
