People in FHC specifically this location are so kind and helpful.
So I got an appointment for Saturday for immunization, I called them to make sure they were open, they answered that they are not sure about certain FHC facility and they can't guide me further, I mean what am I supposed to do? All I have is a phone line and Google maps shows the facility "Closed till 7 am Monday". I didn't expect this from a health center..
Christy Elliott-Gonzalez, forgot to send our prescriptions to the pharmacy. We've been on the phone back and forth for 3 days trying to reach her to send the meds. Poor communication, and lack of help.
I highly recommend Family Health Centers Americana for anyone needing care. They are especially welcoming to refugees and immigrants, and always have interpreters available for patients!
