We will be switching pediatrician offices. Today was the 3rd appt in a row that we have had to wait over an hour past our appt time to be seen. Drs Ayash and Castillo, as well as the office staff are always kind, but corporate really needs to hire another pediatrician and/or make some major changes to their scheduling expectations. You also can't get a referral without going through the 'referral dept' which could take a week to have them call you to even get started scheduling with a specialist. We went for my daughter’s yearly checkup (My daughter has Autism she is unable to talk or care or feed herself) we had to sit a hour and explain why we decided to homeschool my daughter (not that this had anything to do with her visit) the pediatrician would make comments like “my kid goes to school and she’s fine” even laughing at times of my daughters health condition. I will definitely be finding a new place to take my daughter to.
