I’ve been waiting for important paperwork to be completed since 8:12 yesterday morning after reaching out to my pnp last Thursday. I am without important medication and I’m suffering immensely. If I end up in the hospital I am letting my health insurance company know that the extra bill could have been prevented if the paperwork was done. I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hr. The nurse was very rude. She asked me if I'm pregnant. Which I am not. Then decided to tell me that I look pregnant and had referred to my stomach. I had ended up asking for a new nurse. Then it took another hr for me to get the finger stick I needed. The Dr and nurses don't communicate to each other. The worst experience I have ever had at a Drs. I will not be going back there ever. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
