I have been a patient with Family Health Center of Mission and I really enjoy how all of the front desk staff greets all of the patients as they walk in. 10/30/2020 Wife suffered a stroke, took paperwork for medical equipment she needs to get around. (3 weeks ago) Called this morning and still not signed. So pathetic the way they don’t take care of their patients. Will be looking for NEW doctors. Don’t recommend them at all.
Is there a way to list 0 stars?! This has been a TERRIBLE experience for my family. We chose this doctor because they are known for a short wait time and see the whole family. I would rather have a longer wait time than go here!! The office staff are rude and not helpful at all. I have had issues with billing for EVERY single visit and this is in-network so there is no reason for these issues. My TODDLER was not even looked at by a physician for his 15 month well check and the lab tech didn't even know how to give shots to a... read more
Excellent staff from the PSR to the back office , clinicians have all been excellent . Appts Available daily! Today I was seen as walk in , within minutes ! I was in severe pain and NP Robles was excellent ! PA Orion ( can’t recall last name ) was excellent at last weeks visit as well. Great care & affordable !!!
