This place needs serious reform. No one seems to be working under the same system and the margins for error and lack of communication are LARGE. People that come here- NEED care. People that work here NEED work. Please grease the gears so that these two needs can be met together.
Love my doctor but this place is a joke! They don't know how to make or keep an appointment and the security people are totally clueless and have zero training or knowledge of how this place should work. I arrived at 1:55pm for my 230p appointment and was told to go back to the waiting area for my doctor. With no receptionist in sight. So I sat there for over an hour then finally came out to ask what was taking so long and got met with attitude from security who told me that I was lying.
It's hit or miss. Nurses tend to overexagerate the level of difficulty their jobs are when they are even the smallest amount stressed or behind. Wasting time complaining about a problem is allowing it to continue.
Don't go here. They will have you do test and charge your insurance. But they won't test you for what you went in for.
Ladies at the front desk in the physical therapy center are exceptionally rude.
