Nurses are not helpful They are not very courteous I get the impression we are supposed to read their mind and know that I need to come in for an appointment Basically was told not their problem because the pharmacy didn't tell me I need it to make an appointment i picked up my meda and only received 14 days then when i tried to get a refill i couldn't because insurance said itwasto soon. i called the office and was told call the pharmacy. Anyone know of a great family physician??? This business no longer knows the meaning of appointment times. I got here at my appointment time, only to be told the dr was running thirty minutes behind. Within ten minutes it was an hour behind. I could be understanding it this was the first time this has happened. But this now appears to be the rule not the exception! Please don't waste your valuable time as they will only send you off to a specialist, you can't afford anyway!
Miranda Vancil, ARNP is the best. Takes great care of my little boy (almost 2 y.o.) and I. She is amazing with kids. Highly recommend. In my experience, staff were very courteous and efficient.
I didn't believe what people were saying, that they only care about co-pays and how much money they can make. I asked for an extended appointment, that is not allowed. I asked can yuou book me two time slots back to back, not possible. I chose Dr. Records because I needed a new doctor since mine left the via Christi clinics. This is more like a drive through office. How can you evaluate a patent in 15 Minutes or less?
Been going here over 30 years......so disappointed in what has happened to this office since Dr. VinZant and Cindy left! Tried to get my daughter in for emergency on Monday. Since you can't get anyone to return your calls, we went in. They couldn't get her in even though there was nobody in the waiting room. They referred us to the Dillons clinic....Just WOW!!!
I get excellent care with Dr. Records. His staff is excellent also.
