I paid out of pocket for nitrous oxide because I have severe anxiety. They did not even let it kick in before starting the procedure. What is the point of paying for it if you ignore the patient’s needs. The dentist Vu Ho grabbed pliers and just started yanking. It felt rushed, careless, and brutal. If you have anxiety about dentist, this is place to go.my team was wonderful and patient and understanding. The dentist listened to me and all my WERID questions with such patience and understanding. Wish I had found them sooner! Never had a care team be so patient and kind before in any medical field. I'm truly shocked how great of an experience I had. Thank you so so so much for helping me!
