Worst wait ever even nobody waiting it’s sad how the Health became a joke without giving importance to the patients
I have been going to this health center for years—The office staff is always helpful, The doctor I have is Excellent and although I may have to wait sometimes, it’s so worth it to get the kind of care and medical attention that I like. I highly recommend FHCB-Brooklyn office!
I've been out of my blood pressure medication for over a week. I've emailed my doctor via my chart. My doctor nor her team has yet to call me back or send my medication that I need on an everyday basis. Now today I've called the clinic numerous times and NOONE IS EVEN PICKING UP THE PHONE. THATS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE TO FIND ME AND MY CHILDREN SOME WHERE ELSE TO GO. That will be professional and answer back emails.
