The care is ok. But what I will never understand is why they make appointments when they don’t honor the times. It’s one thing to run behind (and inform people upon checking), but it’s another when they double schedule and expect people to sit and wait an hour for their scheduled appointment time without any regard for their schedule (and jobs). Frustrating.
The staff that work here are great people!
Thank you Dr Blackburn for filling in for Dr Julie when she was unavailable at my appointment. First I'd like to thank you Julie for coming to me personally and speaking to me about what was going on and who you thought would be best to fill in for your spot. And then I want to thank Dr Blackburn for taking her time with me and introducing me to laughing gas lol. Both of you were great and I appreciate it.
