Front desk didn't check me in. I arrived at 1:52 pm for my 2:00 pm appointment and went through security, and got in line. I was able to get through the line and to reception at 2:10, and they took 3-4 minutes to process me for my surgery consult, telling me I will be seen immediately, as it is past 2:00 pm already. They will not answer the phone. On home for an hour to reschedule an appointment.
Pulled my tooth and never sent over my prescription called up there and they just kept switching me to different departments with no answer
