Easily the best practice in Austin, Dr. Alberda is especially good. They also employ the best phlebotomist I've ever had draw blood. She hits my vein perfect every time, and I'm tough to stick. That's not to say the rest of the staff isn't stellar as well. I can't recommend this practice enough.
I’ve been going to Rosedale Family Care Partners for a while now and overall it’s been a really good experience. The clinic is clean, organized, and doesn’t feel overly chaotic or rushed like some bigger medical offices. Check-in is usually quick and the front desk staff have always been polite and professional in my experience. The providers are definitely the highlight here. My provider, Sarah, PA-C, is exceptionally thorough and personable every time I see her. Stacy (apologies if I misspelled), the medical assistant, was kind and delivered great care. Dodie, another medical assistant, was also friendly and very attentive. The whole team was wonderful and made me feel well taken care of.
I tried to many times to make this relationship work with this clinic. They believe in passing the buck. My appointment was an Emergency Room Follow up. Appointment 3:45. My arrival 3:50. The unprofessional young girl at the front disclosed to me the cost of the appointment. Id explained, I couldn't afford it plus I had a past due balance. I was charged $25 for a no show.
