LA DOCTORA PORTILLO EXCELENTE PERO EL PERSONAL ES EL PEOR SERVICIO E INEFICIENCIA TODO SE LES OLVIDA LAS PRESCRIOCIONES DE LA FARMACIA Y LAS ORDENES DE LOS EXAMENES UNO LLAMA Y LO COMUNICAN CON VARIAS PERSONAS PARA HACER UNA CITA Y LO PEOR DE TODO NIEGAN UN SIMPLE TAPABOCAS QUE NO CUESTA NADA Y ES UN CENTRO DE SALUD QUE DEBE DE BRINDAR SEGURIDAD A SUS PASIENTES LA VERDAD EL PEOR CONSULTORIO QUE HE VISITADO

Good doctors in this place but the people at the front desk made me loose my time, sometimes the doctor wants a routine lab-work and I ask for the order for this at the front desk and the said that they send it for fax, once I’m at the lab they told they didn’t have any order from them. Another day I needed an ultrasound in this place and the front desk told me the date and hour of the appointment once I arrived the place it was closed. En dos ocasiones fui a este lugar y la experiencia que tuve fue muy negativa relacionadas con los empleados. Juegan con el tiempo y la mente de los pacientes. Me dijeron que tenía una cita tal día y cuando llegue me dijeron que no tenía ninguna cita. Le recomiendo a los doctores que cambien los empleados, en específico la del front desk. Fuera de que le da mala información a los pacientes, es grosera.

Es el peor lugar en cuanto a citas, puede que te llamen hoy y te digan que la cita es tal día y el día de la cita te llama y te dicen que tú cita es para un mes después, son unos incompetentes que juegan con el tiempo del paciente.
