I have received an letter last week that they have moved to the new hope tower, and I had an apt today went there and they where not even there. I rely on a ride servis to get to my appointment so it not like I can call them up and tell them i need to get to another building I been calling them since 8 am this morning and I can not get a hold of any one.

Here since 12:45 for a 1:00 o'clock appointment. The sign in list was lost so I wasn't registered in until 3:40. Went from being fourth to be registered to next to last. There are approximately 10 people ahead of me now at 3:45.
