*be warned the front desk will absolutely ignore your phone calls* Avoid this clinic at all costs. The initial visit was smooth and pretty quick. However the inability to communicate was quickly evident. The office was unable to follow through with requesting and receiving medical records which required myself to call back and forth between the two doctors offices to ensure that the medical records were sent and received. I tried to set up as a new patient. Got an appt. Then I got COVID and called to reschedule an appt. I was having lingering illness by my rescheduled appt so I had to reschedule for a third time. Keep in mind, BOTH times I called. I show up for my appt only to be told they had "called my many times and my voicemail wasn't set up". It IS and has Received many voicemails...and that I had to go home and change my insurance card to a different provider in the practice. Absolutely atrocious wait times. Appointment was at 2:20. An hour and a half later, 3:50, I’m brought back to the exam room. It’s now been 45 minutes since then and I have yet to see my doctor. Every single time I’ve come it’s been this way. They say people in countries with universal healthcare have to wait hours just for a routine check up with their physician.. but that’s exactly what we have here except we pay an exorbitant amount in sub par healthcare.
