I can never get a doctor to call in my diabetes medicine to the pharmacy. I have called three times and the pharmacy has requested a refill 5 times. What is wrong with this place I ask. Do they not know how to do their jobs.
Great doctor works here if you looking for a doctor doctors are here this is where you want to be they're good but that's one thing about this place they need to update the hours on their website because it's say 7: 30 they are open and they're not so they need to go and fix the weekdays our what time they open so people won't have to call in and find out what time they opening like today I call the website says 7:30 when I call you get the answering service they say 9:00 You need to work on that one
Throwing up over month including blood they said can't see me for couple weeks.horrible
Was essentially harrassed via calls/mail to schedule an appointment via my insurance for months and I said no until I finally made an appointment I needed. Showed up 15 minutes early only to wait another 20+ minutes (also 20 past my scheduled time) and told I'm next, but they're behind. How are you almost 30 minutes behind when technically I should only be the 3rd or 4th patient of the morning? I left crying. They have earned every single one star review they have, back in April. I scheduled an appointment to get a referral to have a piece of medical equipment looked at that is implanted in my body. The referral was sent to the wrong place. I tried and tried and tried to get this rectified, which was basically me calling in explaining my situation them telling me they would call me back, never receiving a call And repeating that over and over again. It was only when I would call and get angry that they would do anything about it.... read more
