Not helpful at all. Editing this to expand on the issues I had with them. I went there because my PCP went out of network. They messed with my mental health meds, that I desperately need, by making me come in every month and seeing one specific person who was not always able to see me in time, she would tell me to see others and then the receptionist would insist I needed to see that doctor. The receptionist, Kim, is enough to stay away from this place. If you’re that unhappy with your job, find somewhere else. You are dealing with people that actually need help and you’re acting like they are a bother to you, you get paid to do this job, why not maybe try to actually do it? I’m so sorry you have to do your job, Kim.
I have been debating posting this for a few YEARS now, to give you insight to how serious this is and how much thought I have actually given to this review. Please do NOT go here if you have anything more than a cough or fever. This facility is only around to take your money and waste your time. Dr. Ramya Ramesh was the most ridiculously ignorant and outright disrespectful and rude person I have ever met in the medical field.
