I went to get tested for Covid a week ago. My MT Medicaid insurance was showing inactive at the time I needed to be seen and they demanded payment before being seen during a deadly pandemic. The type of insurance i carry is retro active, and will cover up to 3 months of past medical bills once reconciled. They refused a partial payment. They refused to bill me. I love that most services are done in-house i.g., x-rays, blood work etc.
Worst urgent care ever. Turned my children away because they are not our primary care providers and so since my Dr office was open they would not see my children. They didn't bother to find out that my Dr had no appointments available. But if I switched my primary care to their office I could be seen.
I would not go anywhere else , my son was a patient there as an infant, and was treated there 2 years ago when he had a serious illness. Family health is the best!
Awful. Second time I have been there that it has taken almost an hour to be seen, with a crying sick baby. I will never step foot in that place again.
