Had poor service with the receptionist, Nikki. She is very rude to the point that she is almost yelling at you. I saw Doctor Krohn for years and made a complaint one day to corporate regarding her and his care and was marked as being "not compliant" for accidentally being late one time. I guess they do not take criticism well. Doctor Krohn will try to rush you in and out and didn't seem too concerned with my issues, especially when coming back for the same ones. Sad to even write this review. After 14 years with the most awesome Pediatrician who was there for my pregnancy and delivered my daughter. We have to find a new one because we don't agree to the vaccinations. I know it's not on him but I just feel like this shouldn't even be a thing. So with that. I'm leaving this review. Our choices for our child shouldn't make all the difference when and if they still can be seen. But I guess hitting those quotas of the flu vaccines and all the others make the check fatter to them! Switched doctors due to something with doctor marino and now being denied a script I have been on for almost a year with the nurse saying its never been covered by my insurance. Recieving an attitude and almost feel like being discriminated against due to my appearance. Apparently there records show I was denied for a prescription i reviewed the same approval letter for they had to of received saying I was approved for one year. Hmm competency in the work place. Seems I need to find a new pcp
Have had dr marino for years, great place definitely sucks he gone as its hard to get used to a new person/doctor when you have social anxiety/general anxiety
