This was my experience with Marino. When my son was 15 almost 16 I took him to Dr Marino because he wasn't able to gain weight and I was concerned about his skeletal structure. Dr Marino said is was just puberty and to have him eat donuts before bed. Fast forward my son was 17 and still could not gain weight still had parts of his skeletal structure that just looked different.
