We’ve had great receptionists and services with this clinic since our daughters were born, but the experience drastically changed when I urgently needed to be seen. They turned me away and refused to see me. As a result, I ended up in the hospital for a few days. A week later, after everything had settled down, then they want to see me. To make matters worse, they claim to be open at 8 am, but no one will answer until about 8:15 to 8:30 am.
Had poor service with the receptionist, Nikki. She is very rude to the point that she is almost yelling at you. I saw Doctor Krohn for years and made a complaint one day to corporate regarding her and his care and was marked as being "not compliant" for accidentally being late one time. I guess they do not take criticism well. Doctor Krohn will try to rush you in and out and didn't seem too concerned with my issues, especially when coming back for the same ones.
