I had an appt today at 10:45 to see my pcp at this location. Upon arriving I was asked to provide my new insurance info, I did not have my insurance card but was able to pull up a letter with my member ID. The woman proceeds to say she cannot verify my identity because the address wasn’t on the letter. I have a SSN and my IA license to verify that, she was rude and condescending, I felt like I was racially profiled. I was so terrified of how much my appointments, bloodwork, and imaging would cost because I knew my insurance wouldnt cover parts of it. I was so pleasantly surprised by how reasonable my bills were even without insurance covering anything that I almost cried. I appreciate that the prices have been kept reasonable for people even without insurance or at least without good insurance. I am grateful for my doctor and all the staff. They have all been very kind and helpful on top of the very reasonable prices.

I transferred here from the morning side FHC because I moved to this area, but I am glad I did. Personalized care, don’t feel like a number. Great doctors, the nurses follow up after tests, great experience overall.
