Went in to establish care n refills of meds. Went over everything w dr n thought all set. After 4 rude phones calls w wno ever answered I still didn't my meds n some were for serious conditions. Also don't care a dr office that is dirty, bugs, trash...
Made me stop seeing prior doctors to see one of their doctors. All care has to come from them and I never saw a doctor only nurse practitioners who gave the wrong dosage of medication on at least 3 occasions. I was told they would continue seeing me until I found new care only to send me a letter stating they will no longer see me. Never ask for a co pay then sent me a bill for over $800. and the owner Kim Cox would never contact me to talk about the billing or care that I had received. There is great Doctors very caring friendly service they treat you with respect and really care for there patients
If you need a psychiatrist, destiny here is amazing. The reason for the low review is due to the overall experience. Telehealth appointments are always late if they call at all. They’ll confirm an appointment with you then try to tell you that you’re wrong when they don’t call. One receptionist is extremely pleasant to work with(I don’t recall her name), every other receptionist has been impatient and acted very rude over the phone. Absolutely great place has worked not just with me but my boys also. They have worked well with my chaotic schedules be it telehealth or late visits. And really worked within my insurance to make sure all my procedures are covered before I have a bill I couldn't pay for. Hands down they deserve a 10 in my book
