This is the kindest group of people. I expected less but couldn't have asked for more. I feel heard and seen, everyone listens and is very caring. My first visit was 7 months ago and each time is the same. They have a sliding scale fee that is very affordable. Even if I had great health insurance, I would still want to use them.

Please be very careful about going here. I am new to Alabama and out of necessity, I went here about two months ago for a wound on my chest. I was told this was a sliding scale low income clinic and have been to a different one in Florence and had no issue with NP Uribe. However, this locations nurse practitioner is Marleah McAnalley. This is a Tricare prime approved doctor in Muscle Shoals Al. Note: This is the only one in many miles. The call in number is not actually to this clinic, it is to the family health care network, where they have numerous locations and the staff answering the phone does not know the local offices schedule nor can connect you to this office properly.
