I see Dr. Cane and I am amazed at how kind he is and helpful as well. He never fat shames and only wants to have the best for the patient and I appreciate that in a gynecologist. The staff is friendly and quite diligent in their work which I certainly appreciate. I have been going to Dr Cane since 2013 and I couldn't be happier. I recommend him highly and this office too.
It took way longer than it should have to have them contact my insurance company for a prior authorization. I had to wait over a week for them to call, and I called them 4 times to check the status.
I had a 10:30 appointment today with Dr. Pettway for physical. The appointment scheduled two months ago. I arrived at 9:50. When I spoke to the front dusk, she told me the doctor is out of country. What a joke!. They send me the reminders to my Email and voice messages for this appointment even two days ago. Also I called them by phone and confirmed the appointment. I've been coming here since the clinic was built and seeing Dr. Gaydos and Dr. Nunez. Both are wonderful doctors, but today I am REALLY angry. First, it takes forever to get through to anyone on their phones. Second, Dr. Gaydos takes off from Thursday noon to Monday, so good luck seeing her or contacting her after Thursday noon. But the straw that broke the camels back for me and has me contimplating finding another doctor is that I am informed that they will not give a referral to any chiropractic office.
