Ya, the front can be a tad dry but I was heard well, options were given and a management plan was made with me as part of the team. That I loved. The office was clean and up to date with great technology. The wait was almost none, the time in the room was just what I needed. Very happy.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr. Johansing was my doctor. Lab tests were wrong, always problems getting prescriptions refilled, chaotic, confused office and staff, telephone system makes it difficult to speak with anyone. Doctor took me off a medication cold turkey, when it should have been gradually reduced. I ended up in the ER three times while with this doctor and this office. Not a healthy, positive medical facility or experience.
Went to ask about appointment availability and was told no walk ins and I cannot register to become a new patient until the end of February. Three months out to register is ridiculous.
