Sooo let me give you my spiel! 😅 It was a cold winter day, no jk! So I went traveling with friends around 2 years ago, woke up and was completely stiff. Dr. Lauren is an absolute lifesaver! We recently moved across country which really threw my body out of whack! After 1 adjustment, my ankle pain (from a twist) and jaw popping (from grinding) have completely subsided. She is a true healer and I am so grateful to be under her care.
