Use to come here every time but not anymore. The new lady with black hair completely stuffed up today and didn’t do a proper job. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING THEN JUST SAY NO. you charge a high fee with very little value in return. Do not recommend this place

20 stars for this salon I have a pre existing hair colour from my other hairdresser and she is kind enough to tell me what colours she's used for my hair as she was away for quiet sometime and I went to a different hairdresser as well after that. I went to the Family Hair Studio in Arundel Plaza and I am quiet nervous that they can't match my hair colour or blend in because I inquired in person before and they said they don't use what my original hairdresser do.
