I took my son for his very first haircut at a salon yesterday, and the experience was amazing! They have such a cute little station just for kids, and the salon had a very calm and welcoming atmosphere, which made my son feel comfortable from the very beginning. Carlos did his haircut, and he was so patient and gentle with him. He did an excellent job! I absolutely love the result, and most importantly, my 2-year-old loved it too! Have been coming here for a couple years with my son and in the last year the service has been horrible and a complete waste of time. There’s no real appointment system, so you just show up and hope for the best. Even when you arrive right at their stated opening time (like 10 AM), the barber is nowhere to be found. When you do come in, you’re basically ignored while you wait. There’s typically only one person who does the specific style or haircut you need and you never know when he shows up.
