We made an appointment for 10:30 for my daughter's first haircut. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes with a toddler because the door was locked. Then were told the woman who does toddler haircuts didn't get a message so may not be coming. What was supposed to be a lovely experience turned pretty bad. While the place was clean, the experience was terrible and would not recommend
