Loan was fantastic! Great haircut great price! Fast! Very professional, will be back! Hasn't changed, always awesome!
Brought my daughter in for her first haircut and was incredibly disappointed. Was in and out very quick, but the lady truly did not seem to care for having a customer, seemed to lack customer service skills and overall did a horrible job on my girl's hair. When I brought up that she didn't seem to get her bangs right she insisted it was good. So I trusted her and thought "well she's the professional. Maybe I'm not seeing it correctly." Silly me.
