I visited this Salon through a referral for a gray root touch up haircut and toner . I was disappointed when the gray root hairline area faded significantly after one wash literally 6 days later . I reached out to the owner Vanessa whom I sent a photo and her response was she was 100% sure it was new hair growth . How ??? They are excellent professionals, friendly and kind. I love them!
I only asked for a trim they chopped off to my shoulders, and left it uneven. Very terrible do not go here. They do not understand English.
