This is so sad to have to write this review but I had an awful experience with Brianna who works there who proceeded to act like she did not know me out in public at the Northfield library. I wrote Kristi a letter and dropped it off at the salon. Brianna took it upon herself to get rid of my letter before Kristi got it. I am appalled that someone could take it upon themselves to take this action. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! People can't believe what I go through with other people.
